Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a trip to meet with Ukrainian forces in the Pokrovsk area on the weekday. He stated that he engaged with soldiers at the operational headquarters of the first unit of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov, which is leading defense efforts in the Dobropillya sector, an urban center approximately a short distance from Pokrovsk.

Critical Circumstances in Pokrovsk

Updated analysis from a Ukrainian project indicated that opposition armies had advanced deeper into the city and surrounding areas, though much of it was not fully held by either side.
